Inside the Region section, three options are available which you may select to take screenshot of selected areas. From Filename option, you can select which type of name you want to provide your screenshots such as: Numbering, Date and time, or Ask every time.

To save all screenshots at a place automatically, provide a folder path by clicking on the Destination option (...... button). 

When all settings is done, go to the page which you want to capture screenshot and press PrtScn key in order to take screenshot and save it automatically.

If you want to take screenshot of selected areas, right click on Screenshoter icon and select the option of "Select area". After that, adjust the area of screenshot you want to take and simply press PrtScn key.
